要約(日本語): Utilization of reserve supplying demand response (RSDR) resources that procure reserve in ancillary service market is increasing. The payback characteristics of RSDR can affect system operation and DR effectiveness. In this paper the payback characteristics of RSDR is integrated into day-ahead simultaneous energy and reserve market scheduling. Payback effect of RSDR resource is probabilistic which makes it different with payback effect of DR resources that are used deterministically in the energy market. Adopting IEEE RTS 1996 with 32 units, the numerical results show that the payback characteristics of RSDR can affect the market-scheduling and effectiveness of RSDR resource.
