要約(日本語): An electricity demand characteristics analysis for Japanese residential and commercial area especially during peak demand in summer (observed demand time is between 09:00 and 21:00) is presented. Five hourly summer demand regression models are composed for each area to explore related demand characteristics more detail. Meteorological parameters and a dummy of holidays are used as load drivers in models. As results, all models are validated well. Implemented variables have significance for both areas. Under analysed certain demand time, the variables tend to affect higher summer demand in residential than in commercial.
