要約(日本語): This paper presents a coordination among central battery energy storage system (BESS), local BESS and load ratio control transformer (LRT) control to stabilize voltage of middle-voltage 6.6 KV photovoltaic-supplied micro-grid. Local BESS, which is installed at a feeder node, minimizes the active power flow through the feeder node to prevent fluctuation of voltages in photovoltaic-supplied micro-grid is caused by the photovoltaic (PV) and load power flow. Central BESS, which is installed at an interconnection point, minimizes power flow from the utility to micro-grid through the interconnection point, and coordinates with LRT to stabilize local node voltages in micro-grid, such as those supplied by photovoltaic systems and the utility. Central BESS is designed to operate as a distribution static compensator in case batteries of central BESS are fully charged and fully discharged. Loop structure of micro-grid is studied to evaluate the effective of proposed method. MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate the micro-grid model using actual photovoltaic data and residential loads from Ota City, Japan. The experiment is carried out on Active network system with energy resources (ANSWER) in Waseda University to illustrate the validity of proposed control.
