要約(日本語): This paper describes the implementation of droop control method for stabilizing frequency and voltage of embedded Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) wind turbine generation system (WTGS).In order to increase its performance, the system developed is also equipped with battery. The load sharing between Micro Grid (MG), PMSG-WTGS and the battery is carried out by inverter. This inverter delivers active and reactive power to the MG as the result of voltage and frequency difference between measured and nominal value. Through PI droop controller, these error values are then used to control phase and voltage of the PWM signal of the inverter in order to achieve required level of frequency and voltage. Phase Locked Loop (PLL) is also used to ensure synchronism between inverter system and MG. Thus, the main objective of this paper is to control active and reactive power flow between MG, PMSG-WTGS and battery storage for smoothing the fluctuation of voltage and frequency. All of the system components are modeled and simulated by using Matlab/Simpowersystem. Based on predetermined strategy, the simulation results are used to illustrate the system performance
