要約(日本語): Recently, the arc welding is one of the main welding technology and used in the various fields of industrial products. In welding, the high reliability about products and structures is needed. However, the welding defect sometimes occurred. Therefore, in order to prevent the accident caused by welding defect, experimental and calculation research have been researched in the case of steady arc affected by metal vapor in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding. Heat transfer to anode affected by current density including iron vapor with arc was elucidated. The iron vapor is assumed because of simplified calculation. By using the imaginary vapor, the current density distribution including iron vapor is affected by the electrical conductivity. In the case of imaginary vapor (only electrical conductivity changes) the decrement of current density at Ar-Fe and Ar is to be 20 and 170%, respectively, where the heat flux focus on the electrical conductivity, the current density decreases because the electric field contributes. Moreover, the current and electrode angle were changed and the contribution to heat transfer to anode affected by iron vapor mixing was verified. As a result, the contribution to heat transfer decrement affected by the including the iron vapor became large. Thus, the current density becomes high. Especially, the heat transfer of 20 A decreased in the case of over 130 A. In the case of an electrode angle variation, because of the mean current density, the heat transfer to anode increased and it became remarkable include the iron vapor, especially.
