要約(日本語): Afghanistan North-East Power System (NEPS) is consist of three incoming transmission lines from three neighboring countries (Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan), each Transmission line feed some specific part of the load. They operate and supply the consumer individually, in future plan, these three imported power system will be synchronize inside the country and supply the consumers as a unit system. I am going to do fault calculation and analysis by using EMTP/ATP computer program at present state of the system and consider the stability of equipment, especially circuit breakers, and do it for its future plan while the system has synchronized.
