要約(日本語): This paper deals with load frequency control in a small isolated power supply system with battery support. Battery is charged or discharged through an inverter controlled by a parameter adaptive fuzzy controller (PAFC). This controller is built from a set of control rules that adopts a droop method. The output signals are determined from the knowledge base and the fuzzy inference. The input-derivative gain and the output-integral gain of the PAFC are tuned on line. Next, to verify the scheme’s effectiveness, the results are compared with that of a conventional integral controller through standard deviation and histogram indices.
