要約(日本語): It is concerned that the large-scale penetration of photovoltaics (PVs) and Electric Vehicles (EVs) would make distribution lines instable.
We propose that an aggregator which operates a demand response service for EV charging controls not only active power but also reactive power of charging.
In this paper, we first show the situation of controlled PV generation in the area of high penetration of PV generator.
And we propose a scheme of demand response service which is effective in such a situation.
We also simulated the service and show that the total social utility is increased by adapting reactive power control.
