要約(日本語): This paper investigated the proximity effect on conductors based on FDTD simulations. Voltages and currents due to the proximity effect entirely depend on the direction of currents flowing the conductors. When the currents are in the same direction, such as stranded conductors, the currents concentrate at the far side of each conductor. In a three conductor system with the same current direction, the proximity effect on the center conductor is canceled out by the other conductors. Thus, the proximity effect appears only on the most outer layer conductors of the stranded conductors.
