要約(日本語): Renewable energy has taken a wide application nowadays as the focus on environment problem. The feature of renewable energy like PV is a challenge to the power quality of conventional power system that causes the severe variation of voltage and frequency. Here, thinking of the accurate and feasible control of P/Q with the use of inverter, the battery energy storage system(BESS) is used to solve the unbalance of voltage and minimize the power loss of distribution system. And the multi-objective PSO is used to search the best output of BESS. With the change of the proportion of the best output of P/Q of BESS and the proportion of power loss and unbalance factor in objective fuction, the voltage of distribution system is controlled in the proper range and the reduction of power loss is realized.
