要約(日本語): Conventional Security Constraint Optimal Power Flow (SCOPF) which considers some numbers of line contingency and Renewable Energy (RE) uncertainty require very large the solution space of the optimization problem. In this paper hybrid computation combining numerical solution and heuristic method is proposed to ensure the voltage stability and security for both normal and contingency condition, including system security and RE constraint. To reduce the solution space size, bus voltage constraint is modified based on possible line contingency occurred. Effectiveness of the proposed method is tested on the IEEE 57 bus test system.
