要約(日本語): As power demands of Vietnam was estimated to be increased rapidly in future, it is necessary to consider other sources rather than relying on the traditional types: gas, coal-fired, hydro. Among that, nuclear power generation is likely the promise of a modern, free carbon dioxide and low electricity cost source. Nuclear generation is large in size typically around 1000 MW or above. Furthermore, it is operated under very strict regulations and normally does not provide supports to regulate grid quantities e.g. voltage supports, automatic frequency control. In addition, it requires a local reliable grid for energizing the offsite power supplies. Therefore, studying interaction between the nuclear power plant and outside power system especially regarding system stability is very important in the planning period, in order to determine whether to be accommodated or not, and solutions to herein problems.
