要約(日本語): In the future power distribution system, residential houses maybe both installed with PV and EV. High degree of penetration of PV may cause overvoltage problem in the daytime. Besides, that large number of EVs charging at same time at night will cause low voltage problem. Above condition gives great challenge to the distribution system operator (DSO). This paper proposes multi-agented based community energy management system, through which residential loads are scheduled with the consideration of voltage control. The load scheduling method will be a supplement method for DSO in the future.
