要約(日本語): I have been studied the infrared rays related to the heated substance. This paper is complimenting the paper reported at IEEJ Annual Conference Tran.PE in 2017 (1) in which the thermal resistance in the vacuum state was not estimated yet. Thermal resistance of the vacuum state is explained using the newly proposed equation of the thermal resistance per unit volume, which is discussed and estimated, considering the reality of the situation. Additionally, the mode of the linear increasing temperature is further deeply discussed referencing the flat temperature distribution in a furnace, following the previous paper (1), here, it is mentioned clearly and reasonably using the figures and the equations that the infrared ray exciting the ions is propagated toward the inside of the heated substance, which is developed to analyze thermal runaway. And then, the reason of the temperature in the straight line measured conventionally is evaluated using the schematic graphs.
