要約(日本語): In order to reduce the fluctuation in the power grid, a grid connected hybrid energy storage system is used, combining lithium-ion batteries and ultracapacitors. In this paper, a high-efficiency control method for the power division is proposed. The control method is based on the Optimum Voltage Range, which is a new method of determining the highest efficiency work-point of the energy storage systems. A experiment based 1 kW simulation is created, which shows that the control method is able to compensate the fluctuation and manage the energy stored while having a higher efficiency than the conventional methods
