要約(日本語): Grid operators need real-time voltage stability updates to maintain security and stability. Model-based methods are accurate but determining new limits after contingencies may be delayed due to the time taken for updating the network’s state. To avoid blackouts due to these delays, PMU measurement-based estimates can supplement the model-based solution and ensure that deviations in the margin are promptly detected. The use of metrics derived from PMU data is proposed that identifies when the network model is outdated and switch to measurement-based methods for the relevant margin. Situational awareness will be improved by this hybrid approach, helping to ensure stability.
