要約(日本語): Authors have reported unacceptable results of the front time, T1, obtained by applying IEC 60061-1:2010 waveform analysis approach for the lightning impulse voltage waveform. That is when waveform is measured at the end of a long co-axial cable, computed waveform parameter, in particular the front time, is evaluated erroneously. Authors clarified the cause of this phenomenon and proposed counter measures to overcome the problem.
Now, similar phenomena are recognised even when the recording is made using a short measuring cable. This paper hence points out a defection of the new IEC 60060-1 and proposes a diagnosis if erroneous is carried out in waveform analysing procedure using base curve technique.
