要約(日本語): Compared to the copper contact, the tungsten-clad copper contact can afford a higher current limit for arc-free interruption. However, the contact resistance of W-clad Cu contact is large so it is necessary to reduce it. We focus on the contact conditions, and expect to decrease contact resistance by optimizing these conditions, such as roughness, contact force and so on. Experimental results show that contact resistance drops with the decrease of roughness and the increase of contact force or conducted current, but this drop has a limitation. As a conclusion, we think that smoother surface and larger contact pressure contribute to a lower contact resistance.
