要約(日本語): Voltage drop at distribution line and at secondary system may occur because of excessive reactive power flown to the distribution grid in near future. Therefore, the authors proposed the voltage regulate method with as little reactive power as possible by coordinating the PCS among the customers by communication.
This paper verifies the control stability when the proposed method and the conventional control method are mixed. Furthermore, the reactive power output from the low voltage distribution system to the high voltage distribution system was measured. As a result, it was clarified that both the average value and the maximum value of the reactive power output to the high-voltage distribution line decrease as the number of the proposed-method PCS increases.
