要約(日本語): Tanzania Electrical Distribution Network is characterized by inadequate tie and sectionalizing switches thus prompted to search for optimum switch configuration considering both Real Power Losses (RPL) and Voltage Stability Index (VSI) which is evaluated at 24 hours’ time interval. Primarily Network Reconfiguration is administered using Tabu Search then smart radiality algorithm to achieve all potential candidates. Newton Raphson method for solving power flow is employed hence power losses calculated. Afterwards, calculation of the VSI that makes use of branch injected power and power losses was done and sorted. As a result, optimum switch configuration is obtained from view points of the RPL and the VSI.
