要約(日本語): In power systems with renewable energy integration, supply and demand balance control becomes more important. Also, as power flow congestion is often caused by uncertain behavior of renewable energy sources, power flow change has to be taken into account in frequency regulation. Hence, in this paper, we will discuss the combination of AGC30 model and power flow analysis for analyzing both issues at the same time.
