要約(日本語): Abstract: Application of inertial response control by wind turbines to frequency regulation in microgrid is effective to stabilize the frequency fluctuation caused by renewable energy sources. In this paper, the intelligent system is used to generate control signal for the inertial response of wind turbines. Both system frequency and rotational speed of turbine are taken into account and control performance was improved by the proposed method.
