要約(日本語): Main noise sources of power transformer are core’s stress generated with magnetostriction and magnetic attractive force at overlapped regions. This research developed a lap joint structure of core decreasing the vibration and quantified its effect by prototyping. The maximum reduced amount of noise of 14 dB was achieved comparing with a conventional core under the same vibration force by small volume prototype. The structure consisting of stacked Si-steel panels while shifting has wider internal surface facing the oil at lap joints. It was confirmed that the structure attenuated the vibration effectively due to larger inertial and viscous resistance force of oil.
