要約(日本語): A Silicone gel is widely used to encapsulate electric devices. Electrical treeing is caused by partial discharge due to applying the high voltage and miniaturization of them. We have investigated the propagation mechanisms of the treeing in the silicone gel. As one of the approaches for the study of the partial discharge, it is well known to observe electric discharge emission, but there are few results in which observed the local?light emission with time and the relationship between the emission and the propagation of the tree.In order to clarify the relationship, our investigation was carried out.
