要約(日本語): Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomena have attracted considerable attention because of the strong enhancement and confinement of electric fields near metal surfaces. Recently, further enhancement of surface plasmon-electric field was theoretically shown by the interaction between graphene and plasmonic metals. In this work, we designed and fabricated graphene/metallic grating structures, which exhibited further enhancement of the electric field due to the interaction between grating-coupled surface plasmon and graphene layers. The enhanced electric field properties were studied by surface plasmon spectroscopy, surface plasmon enhanced fluorescence measurements.
