要約(日本語): The electron mobility in the atmospheric pressure non thermal equilibrium argon plasma was investigated. The argon plasma was generated by AC voltage, and was irradiated onto the copper object. The electron mobility is related to the electron drift velocity and electric field. The electron drift velocity was derived from time shift of two plasma currents which were measured at two measurement positions. The plasma currents, the power-line current and the current of the plasma passing through a quartz tube, were measured using inductively coupled current probes. The electric field was evaluated from time fluctuation of AC voltage.
