要約(日本語): Copper-plated multifilament coated conductors are useful to achieve both low AC loss and high robustness against normal transition. In order to decouple filaments against transverse magnetic field and reduce AC loss effectively, we are developing the SCSC cable, in which such conductors are spirally wound on a round core. We measured the magnetization losses of various conductors with these configurations: small pieces aligned in a row, and spirally wound around a round core, when varying field amplitude and when varying frequency. We identified hysteresis losses and coupling losses. We also determined coupling time constants, which is one of the most important parameters to characterize the multifilament conductors.
