要約(日本語): Metallic ions play an important role in vacuum arc that occurs in vacuum interrupter. Since vacuum arc is usually considered as non-LTE plasma, the temperature of ions is different with temperature of other particles. To understand the vacuum arc, the excitation temperature of monovalent Cu ion is measured using Boltzmann plot method with seven different wavelengths. The temperature of monovalent Cu ion was about 15000K at the peak current of 3 kAp and increased by about 2000 K/kAp.
