要約(日本語): Adiabatic quantum-flux-parametron (AQFP) is known as ultra-low-power superconducting logic. In AQFP logic, gate-to-gate wire length and number of fanouts is limited because they cause the reduction of signal current. The maximum wire length and the number of fan-outs are limited to about 0.8 mm and three, respectively, at the clock frequency of 5 GHz. We designed two types of AQFP boosters (booster1, booster2) with large current driving ability. We evaluated the maximum wire length of boosters by circuit simulations. It was found that 1.7 mm wiring and fan-out 4 are available. Then, we have implemented the proposed boosters and demonstrated their correct operations at low frequency.
