要約(日本語): Currently, single flux quantum (SFQ) circuits are attracting attention due to their high-speed and low-power operation. We are investigating a superconductor FPGA (field-programmable-gate-array) based on SFQ circuits. It consists of logic blocks, which determine the logic function, and connection blocks, which connect the logic blocks to each other. In this study, we considered a new architecture of SFQ FPGA by using a shift register data link, where each logic block is connected by a high-speed shift register. By using the shift register data link, we can design a high-throughput FPGA. We have designed and evaluated the shift register data link with a 2-input logic block.
