要約(日本語): Superconducting circuits utilize a single flux quantum (SFQ) as a signal, so an SFQ trapped in a ground plane of superconducting circuits would cause an error in the circuit operations. There is a method for preventing the flux trapping by making a small hole in the ground plane around the superconducting circuits. This moat structure preferentially attracts the magnetic flux and protects the superconducting circuits. One concern is that the magnetic flux from an SFQ trapped in the mote may affect the circuit operation. In this study, we investigated the effect of the magnetic field induced by an SFQ trapped in the moat structure. We evaluated the magnetic coupling between a mote and a superconducting transmission line by numerical calculations.
