要約(日本語): FeCo has the highest saturation magnetization of all transition metal alloys, so it has the potential to become a very strong permanent magnet. However, the magnetic anisotropy of bcc FeCo is too small to be a permanent magnet. In this study, the uniaxial magnetic anisotropy was improved by controlling the crystal structure of FeCo from bcc to bct structure.
