要約(日本語): Gold nanoparticles (AuNP) and nanorods (AuNR), are employed in P3HT:PC61BM organic solar cell active layer to utilize plasmonic effects that contribute to the smooth exciton diffusion and charge transfer with enhanced performance. The synergetics of AuNP and AuNR coupled with back-contact nanograting are further investigated to boost the device performance. A power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 4.88% for device consisting of AuNR with nanograting was realized. Additional aging test of 735 hours duration indicated abnormal fluctuation of device performance reaching a PCE of 5.43%. Such is presumed to be structural reorganization of interfacial surface morphology due to molecular migrations.
