要約(日本語): The photoelectrochemical technique, incorporating the synergetic advantages of optical and electrochemical sensing, was conducted for the quantification of glucose. Gold nanoparticles/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythio phene):poly(styrenesulfonate) nanocomposite modified ITO substrate was used as a working electrode. The nanocomposite film was simply prepared by electrodeposition. Subsequently, the optical and electrochemical properties of the developed electrode were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and chronoamperometry. As the results, the proposed sensing exhibits satisfied sensitivity, selectivity and stability. Also, the current responses are proportional to the concentration of glucose revealing a good linear relationship, which could be beneficial for the determination of glucose in clinical diagnostic.
