要約(日本語): Herein, we present a simple, efficient, and economical approach for the preparation of superhydrophobic silver- and gold- film embedded and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) without requirement of surface pretreatment. In the study, the deposition process of silver- and gold- microstructures on PDMS was conducted by using slow chemical reduction of silver- and gold- ions. Rod-shape silver acetate (RS-AcOAg) was successfully developed. The thermal decomposition of RS-AcOAg film induced the formation of silver microparticles (AgNPs) on the surface of RS-AcOAg with the expense of RSAcOAg rod. The porous silver film on PDMS exhibited excellent mechanical properties with high conductivity under mechanical strain, including stretching, bending, and twisting. An application of PDMS-silver composite as a flexible conductive strip to use as strain sensor for robotic hand. Nevertheless, the deposition of gold microstructures on PDMS exhibit the outstanding superhydrophobic property with WCA > 160o with hysteresis of 1.93o. This generates the flexible superhydrophobic gold film (FsAuF) which could be further used as the template of magnetical manipulation of droplets and a robust SERS substrate.
