要約(日本語): Advanced LLS, which can locate striking points within several tens of meters and estimates lightning transferred charge, is required for effective meintenances of electric facilities. In this report, development of newly designed lls which named LENTRA and its evaluation results of lightning stroke locations, transferred charge estimations are reported. Evaluations were made by comparing the measurement results of Rogowski coil installed at the Tokyo Skytree, and observation results of lightning strokes hitting Tokyo Skytree by LENTRA.
