要約(日本語):Methylammonium-free cesium/formamidinium perovskite solar cells (CsFA-PSCs) combined with carbon electrodes present a promising pathway toward low-cost, stable photovoltaics. However, interfacial defects limit their performance and durability. In this work, we present our recent advancements in passivation strategies. Optimized annealing promotes PbI2 formation, while formamidinium iodide (FAI) post-treatment decreases trap states and enhances device efficiency. Building on these results, we are currently developing a porphyrin-based molecule for targeted passivation of CsFA films. This molecular approach offers new opportunities for improving the efficiency and long-term stability of carbon-based PSCs.
