要約(日本語):This research presents the fabrication of polymeric lenses using a confined sessile drop technique with the UV-curable polymer, Norland Optical Adhesive 61 (NOA 61). The prepared polymeric lenses exhibit suitable optical properties for integration into optical sensing systems. These lenses were employed as coupling prisms in surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor configurations. The resulting sensor chips exhibited identifiable SPR dip responses and were utilized to detect changes in refractive index and the presence of analytes. This approach provides a practical method for using polymer-based optical components to develop low-cost, disposable SPR sensing platforms.
