要約(日本語):In this study, we fabricated highly aligned Polymer-Nanocomposites thin films at liquid air interface using cost effective unidirectional floating film transfer method and we investigated the anisotropic carrier transport properties of thin films utilizing time-resolved microscopic optical Second-Harmonic generation (TRM-SHG). The study of charge carrier dynamics within organic materials is crucial for advancing various electronic applications, including organic thin-film transistors, light-emitting devices, and photoconductors. This research delves into the charge transport properties of a new DPP-TTT/C3N5 blend-based Organic Field-Effect Transistor (OFET) using TRM-SHG.
