要約(英語): A power-frequency puncture withstand test is specified as sample test in IEC60383-1. The test has been adopted by many utilities because of an advantage to be able to evaluate the puncture voltages quantitatively each shipment lot. However, reproducibility problem was reported due to the oil resistivity varied during the test. To solve such a problem, improved insulating oil that resistivity can be controlled by mixing mineral oil, moisture and surfactant was used in this study. This paper reports that improved oil showed excellent stability of resistivity and effectiveness of this test as sample test in IEC 60383-1.
