要約(英語): Lightning impulse generator with Glaninger circuit has been used to increase T2 of the impulse parameter when the generator is use to test a transformer. The reason for this is because a transforner is considered as a relatively low inductive load and generated waveform's T2 is typically less than 40us if Glaninger circuit is not connected. Waveform of inductive load even without Glaninger circuit cannot be described by the sum of two exponential functions, the base curve used in IEC 60060-60:2010. With Glaninger circuit, the output waveform becomes even more complicated in analytical form. Then waveform analysis introduced in IEC 60060-1:2010 appears more difficult to apply. The paper studies parameters error in waveform generated by impulse generator with Glaninger circuit.
