要約(英語): This paper presents economic evaluation of operating only PV system and PV system with storage batteries after the end of the FIT system. The feed-in tariff (FIT) system started in 2009. However, a number of households will get to the end of the 10years purchase contract period starting in 2019. Therefore, optimal system operation is necessary for the diffusion of self-consumption PV that does not rely on the FIT. The first method is to increase self-consumption by time-shifting of Eco-Cute. In addition, we will introduce storage batteries and evaluate the economic efficiency from three operational methods: SOC, weather forecasting, and weather forecasting with Eco-Cute time shift. Finally, the payback period is obtained from the initial cost of the storage batteries.
