要約(英語): Flexibility aimed at maintaining voltages within the targeted range on distribution systems plays a key role to increase penetration of variable renewable energy. Monitoring voltage violations and planning efficient usage of distributed energy resources(DERs) to resolve the violations on distribution systems is crucial to handle the flexibility efficiently. Therefore, we propose the linearized and bayesian optimization methods to minimize the total dispatching cost of the DERs of which dispatching level of active and reactive power are adjustable continuously with voltage violations resolved for every bus on radial distribution system. Experiments of numerical simulation show proposed linearized optimization method provides better solution in terms of effective voltage control and computational cost with acceptable computational accuracy.
