要約(英語): This paper proposes an estimation method of actual load and PV output values in distribution systems using power flow and smart meter measurements. For distribution system operations, the requirement for estimating actual load and PV output values separately has been expanding as introduction of PV systems increases. Therefore, in order to estimate them with high accuracy, the proposed method utilizes measurements from smart meters and a power flow instrument, both of which have different measurement periods, and it applies Kalman filter using both measurements for an online estimation. The proposed method is applicable to a wide range of distribution systems and requires less additional costs. The proposed method was confirmed to be effective through simulation tests. In particular, it is able to estimate PV outputs with short-period fluctuations more accurately than conventional methods.
