要約(英語): This paper presents an optimization method to deal with DSO (Distribution System Operator) flexibility service. The emergence of renewable energy brings about uncertainties due to the variable generation output affected by weather conditions. dent System Operator) and Ancillary Services. As a result, it is necessary to resolve the reduction of imbalance between power supply and demand, congestion management, control of frequency and nodal voltages, etc. The aggregators that deal with the reduction or increase of flexible loads offer flexibility to DSO. In fact, there exist several types of aggregators. Thus, DSO needs to optimize the combinations of flexibilities from a standpoint point of economical cost. This paper proposes a BSO-based method for optimizing DSO flexibilities in the DSO model. BSO plays a key role to evaluate better solutions through the solution search process.
