要約(英語): This paper proposes construction point optimization in distribution systems for voltage unbalance mitigation by fast improved integer form of Population-Based Incremental Learning (Fast IIF-PBIL). In distribution systems, since voltage unbalance has become a hot issue due to the recent penetration of large amounts of low-voltage photovoltaic generators, a voltage unbalance mitigation method is required. The proposed and comparative methods are applied to a large-scale model distribution system. It is verified that the proposed Fast IIF-PBIL based method can obtain high-quality solutions in practical computational time.
