要約(英語): This paper presents a novel method for defining and measuring power system frequency using a new state variable, the gauge rotation phase angle. We construct a four-dimensional C4 algebraic variety, revealing its lack of 90-degree rotational symmetry, leading to spontaneous frequency symmetry breaking and Time Error. The frequency and voltage amplitude are identified as transcendental numbers. The measurement process involves differential voltage calculation, squaring of voltage amplitude and chord, and frequency coefficient calculation. Angle and frequency deviations are calculated using the frequency coefficient with Maclaurin expansion. Applying this method to actual data reduced voltage vector jumps and confirmed system oscillation, demonstrating the effective application of field and group theories in power system analysis.
