要約(日本語): In order to clarify the phenomenon of aging due to natural factors, it is necessary to collect a large number of polymer insulators. However, in the power distribution sector of Kansai Electric Power Transmission and Distribution, it is difficult to collect polymer insulators that have been used outdoors for a long time compared to porcelain insulators, which have been used outdoors for about 20 years. Therefore, the authors aim to produce an artificially degraded surface in a short time that has the same characteristics as the surface of an insulator in which a polymer used outdoors for a long time is used. In this paper, we describe the results of an attempt to fabricate an artificially degraded surface on silicone rubber (SiR) by abrasive powder, ultraviolet rays, and surface heating, taking into account natural factors.
