要約(英語): Electromagnetic environment issues are inevitable during the operation of ultra-high voltage direct current transmission lines (UHVDC), among which the DC electric field under ion flowis one of the key indicators of concern(1). This paper uses a combination of a mechanical shutter and a Pockels effect probe to measure the total electric field. A controllable electric field generation platform with an analytical solution was constructed. The waveform of the probe's output signal over time was recorded after the mechanical shutter operation. The relationship between the signal peak value and the applied electric field was analyzed, and the results showed an approximately linear distribution. The above work preliminarily demonstrates that this method has the capability to measure the electric field under ion flow.
