要約(日本語):In this study, we propose a theoretical framework for evaluating the small-signal stability of power systems. Specifically, we derive a new necessary and sufficient condition for the small-signal stability of power systems in an analytically tractable form. Furthermore, based on this insight, we establish a systematic methodology for reducing a subset within the power system to an equivalent generator model while preserving its small-signal stability properties. This proposal can help reduce the computational burden, eliminate conservatism, and improve the analytical accuracy of large-scale stability analysis, thereby supporting more reliable decision-making in the planning and operation of future power systems.
